Are there best practices for using NFS with ESX Server?

Can anyone point me to a best practices or tweaking document for using NFS with ESX server? Currently we are simply using the default NFS settings on CentOS5 for exporting our storage share, but I'm wondering if we should change anything in /etc/exports to get better performance . . .

You probably have this under control already, but the async option makes a huge difference.. Just beware of the risks and make sure you are happy with them. Kind of like WB vs WT caching.
