I don't really know if I can use vmware-vmupgrade.exe from the Virtual Center?

Sorry, I really don't understand your question. Can you please rephrase it and add some additional info on what your exact goals are. Which scripting language do you prefer by the way?

Sure,

I just finish to upgrade my entire farm from ESX 3.01 to ESX 3.5U4.

Now, I would like up install the VMware tools in the virtual Machines installed in the Host.

As I have 200 Virtual Machines, I would like to know if there is a easy way to install the VMware tools.

I dn't rally want to get in each virtual gues machines to do that.

You could use RVTools, which is an excellent tool for tasks like this: http://www.robware.net/

It's freeware, and has some basic reporting functionality and can update vmware tools for you just by selecting the appropriate VMs.

Powershell/VIToolkit would also be an option: http://communities.vmware.com/message/1103150
