When I reboot my ESX3.01 Server you see the tasks that are performed and the task: Syncing Hardwareclock to System time --- FAILED
What can be the cause??
The server hangs at this point about 2 minutes. I'd like to have an OK there.

All I know is that in fact the time gets synchronized and that you simply should ignore this or file a SR.
