I need to add a second NIC to a couple of my guest sessions running on host 3.0.
Do I need to shutdown the guest system(s) to add the additional NIC or can I do it on the fly?
If you choose to edit the properties of your guest (from VC) andd then click ADD, you'll find the only thing you can add on the fly is the H/D, as the rest of your choices will be greyed out..
So the guest will need an outage to add the extra NICs
