The price alone for the VC server will be around $4500 and then you have to add VC agent licensing, vmotion, etc. The PDF will give you the information on the components you'll need.

In my company, there are 4-CPU (installed ESX3.0), 2-CPU(VMware server1.0.1),1-CPU(VMware server1.0.1) * 6. If I want to use VirtualCenter Manegement Server to manage them, Should I only purchase VirtualCenter Manegement Server and licnese? what's the cost?

If more hosts need to manage in future, what's the additional cost?

You have a few options regarding support-options.

Once you have the VirtualCenter Management Server no additional cost in the future when adding more hosts. All VI3 editions (starter, standard, enterprise) include the virtualcenter agent.
