"a general system error occured: Internal error" when adding an ESX 3.0.1 on VCMS 2.0.1

Hello everybody,

First, I have a ESX 3.0.1, a ESX 3.0.2, a VCMS 2.0.2 and a VCMS 2.0.1.

Today I tried to connect my ESX 3.0.1 to the VCMS 2.0.2, but that return me at the beginning with the process:

a general system error occured: Internal error

Now, I have the same error on my VCMS 2.0.1, somebody can help me?

Thank you.

Try restarting the vmware mgmt service.

Hello,

Thanks for your reply, but no effect.

  1. /etc/init.d/mgmt-vmware restart

Stopping VMware ESX Server Management services:

VMware ESX Server Host Agent Services

VMware ESX Server Host Agent Watchdog

VMware ESX Server Host Agent

Starting VMware ESX Server Management services:

VMware ESX Server Host Agent (background)

Availability report startup (background)

This command restart all VMs, glups Smiley Wink

An other idea?
