"Snapshot the virtual machine's memory"-option disabled by default

Hi, im newbie in ESX/VMWare.

By taking of snapshots, i dont need this option and have to disable it everytime.

I want to disable this option by default. It is possible?

I have yet to find such an option. You should open a SR with your VMware Support Representative.
