one ESX host + two FC SAN

Hi there,

Supposed, one ESX Server host(Dell machine), two FC SAN arrays(SAN1 and SAN2), now we have two Luns(esx_lun and vm_lun) on SAN1, esx_lun is used to booting ESX Server,

and vm_lun is VMFS3 with Linux Guest os. We already replicate these two Luns to the second San (SAN2).

My question is: if the SAN1 is crashed(esx_lun and vm_lun on it could not be accessed), how can i boot the ESX server host from the replicated esx_lun on SAN2? I think the following steps must:

1)mask the two Luns on SAN2 to Dell machine;

2)boot in FC HBA's BIOS, change the configuration of boot LUN from SAN1 to SAN2

am i right? any advices will be appreciate!!!
