iSCSI SAN upgrade process question

Here is what we are doing: We are moving disk shelves from a Network Appliance FAS3020 to a clustered FAS3070. All connections are iSCSI. We want to keep all the existing LUNS that are currently presented to our ESX servers. I'm not sure the best way to go about doing that. I was thinking doing the following:

1)Turn off all VM on the FAS3020

2)remove ESX iSCSI initiator gorups on the FAS3020

3)rescan for HBA connections and VMFS partition on all ESX servers. (this will remove all the current VMFS partitions presents to the servers)

4)physically remove shelves from FAS3020 and attach to FAS3070 (Netapp Professional services is doing this)

5)re-point all ESX servers to new iSCSI HBA

6)setup new iSCSI initiator group on FAS3070.

7)rescan for new HBA connections and VMFS partitions. (this should find the original LUNS that were on the FAS3020)

8)simply turn on VM systems as needed

So this is what I think should happen. Does anyone see problems with this plan? This is my first major SAN migration with ESX.
