fail vcbmounter

Hi, I have ESX 3.02 infrastructure and hp dataprotector software to backup vm. It worked good till 2 weeks ago and I don't remember any update who could drive me to explain the fail. The problem happen at backup time for all vm, but I could replicate it without use of hp dataprotector, so I guess the problem is not about it.

To test the functionality I use vcbmounter from the proxy server (windows 2003) and looks like it could not save (compact) the file.

Any suggestion?
