Hello,
It is not legal to install Mac OS X as a VM on anything that is not produced by Apple. Check out the license restrictions.

I know that.
I just interesting to run this OS on ESXi, nobody want use illegal soft in business, it's like human interests "to be or not to be".
I know there are Vmware images out there, with OS X.
I have seen one running in a workstation once, but as the others said, its not legal.
But it is posible, and that was your question right ?

So I think it's impossible right now.
