esx 3.0.2 failed patch recovery

Hi All,

If my patch failed on esx 3.0.2 and I need to restore from cd build. How do I do that? Do you know some documentation on how to do it?

Is there something like save configuration with esx that you could run after a cd restore? Like in AIX, mksysb.

you can review this KB, , but it may just be easier and quicker to do a rebuild.

I don't know of a way to roll back after a patch has been installed other then a rebuild.
