error messege in Vcenter

hi

when i migrate a vmachine from esx2 host server to esx3 host server, i got this error message:

" When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine rather than being handled by this dialog."

so can you please advice

In Virtual Center there is an option with right boton on the VM, that says "Upgrade Virtual Hardware".

Did you make that?
