We having an issue trying to get capacity planner installed.we had this installed at one time but never used it and then had reinstalled VC without. Now we would like to use it. When we run the capacityplanner.exe in the \vpx fodler the install program launched and runs for a few seconds and then closes or disappears and nothing looks installed. Has anyone run into this issue before?
