What's new with ESX and iSCSI?

I've got a couple of Qlogic 4052C boards that I've been hoping to use with VMware ESX for a while. Is that card supported with 3.01 or whatever current version is shipping? Also, is the iSCSI support in ESX still software-based, or will it take advantage of HBA offload engine yet?

Looking forward to being able to leave GSX/Server products behind one day...

Thanks!
