Good day.
We've installed the VMWare MP but the rule nworks VMware ESX: VMGuest Disk State Alert is not functioning as it should.
We continue to get new alerts when alert suppression has Alert Source, Computer, an Domain selected, but new alerts continue to pop up for the same Alert Source, Computer, an Domain. Sometimes there is a repeat count, the rule appears to be suppressing duplicates and repeat counting, but more often then not it does not. We get new alerts when we should get a repeat count.
We have applied this hotfix, , but still no dice. Rebooted servers, but nothing seems to be helping here.
The VMWare MP is 03.4.0009.0004,
MOM 2005 SP1.
Any thoughts on this folks?
