Hello,
I installed ESX 3.03 within a VMware Workstation 6.05 environment on Windows Vista and gave the server a fixed IP address. However I can't connect to this server with the VI Client.
If i telnet to port 902/903 I get the correct response, but when I use the VI client I can't get connection. I stopped the firewall and thus permitted all traffic and still have the same problem.
The other odd thing I noticed is that the webaccess is not working. This might be related.
Can anyone give me more clues on solvind this puzzle?
The processor I have is a Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 1900 MHZ
