VCB cannot backup file level

Hi,

I can't mount using file level. I have try that initally using file level. It work and I manually discmount.

Next, I try fullvm and it work sucessfully. I did not dismount

I try to mount the file leve and it say it cannot be reached but I can ping. Please assist.
