Upgrade ESX 3.0.2 and VirtualCenter 2.5.0 on SQL2005 to 3.5 update 3 and the latest version of Virtual Center

Hello,

I have been tasked with upgrading our Virtual Infrastructure. Can anyone point me in the right direction with respect to what should be done first. (ie upgrade Virtual Center, then ESX or vice versa.) Are there any technical papers that walk you through the steps. Also, we are currently running VC on a standalone server. The plan is to move the database off of this machine onto a SQL 2005 cluster.
