Terminal Services on top of ESX Best practices

Hello,

I have to implement a Terminal Services (win2k3 R2) on a Vmware ESX 3.0 architecture.

I've seen a couple of articles describing Citrix part tips and tricks but didn't find any "best practices ESx terminal services"

If any of you have some suggestions ?

Thanks a lot

Ivan

are you saying you want to run Windows 2003 Guest VM's with Terminal Services?

In that case there are no special needs to Terminal Services. We run a few TS License Servers, 1 gateway, and a bunch of RDP sessions among 400 VM's with no issue.

Citrix is a special bread so it needs a little tweaking here and there for best performance. A TS server shouldn't need that type of work, just go along with the best practices for a guest VM, don't over assign resources and you should be good.
