Installed 3.0.2 on a pair of Dell 2950s with an EMC NS40 a couple of weeks ago. We set it up completely iSCSI and are using software initiators. Everything was great until Friday. I put one of the servers into maintenance mode and rebooted it. When it came back up, it's target had disappeared!! Rescan does nothing. Reboot does nothing. What did I do? Eeek!!
