Sysprep Error

Hey,

Im in the process of cloning a 2003 member server VM and after the newly created VM starts im prompted to insert the product key, but when i do i recieve the error in the attached pic and it reboots.

Im using the 2003 R2 sysprep files and am stuck on what to do.
