I'm working on the upgrade of our farm and i have found this problem. On the 3.0.2 the vm start without issue but if I try to boot up on 3.5.host the vm seems to freeze on "Loading the Kernel" before poweroff. Other Linux VM (Ubutu) works without problem, even without Vmtools installed.
Any ideas?
