Not Able to Power ON VM ! Nor Migrate it !

Hello,

I seem to be in a big problem with 1 of the VM ! Im Running ESX 3.01 and VC 2.0.

I have 2 Vm's on that. 1 seems to be fine and the other seems to be having a big time problem !

It was in a hung state, and when i tried to power it on thru VC it was takign a loong time and was hanging on 95% and then comes up after some time as "Time Out"

I restarted the mgmt-vmware Service and then tried again, still the same.

Then I tried starting it thru vmware-cmd , it came up with a message " (VMControl error -3: Invalid arguments: Failed to connect or login with server.)"

Tried Restarting it thru the Virtual Web Interface, there also it was taking a loong time and still did not start it !

Also thought of migrating the VM to some other ESX server and got a message starting " File Not Found"

have attached the .vmx file as well.

Help Needed Urgently !

Any other info u guys need ?

Kindly bail me out !

VC usally gives the error "file not found" if the file is locked by other hosts...

Do a ps -wwwaux | grep VMNAME on the hosts to see if its running somewhere..
