I have 2 VM hosts in a HA cluster. I am trying to consolidate a Physical server (Citrix) to a VM. I can convert it to a VM but when I start it up it runs for about a min then powers off. I can't get it to power on after that. Is this a issues with Citrix and VM or is there a way to convert a physical server to a vm in a HA cluster that I am missing. Also I can not delete the server files off the Data store after that. The data store is a shared store between the host servers.
