MS Cluster, migrate .vmdk to raw devices

Hello,

I've set up 2 Virtual Machines on one physical host as MS Cluster (MSCS). Both nodes have a virtually shared SCSI bus with a number of .vmdk files connected to both of them as shared disks. Initially these VMs were supposed to be a test cluster, so no one really cared about high availability.

Now the machines suddenly became productive, and I have to move one of them to a different physical host. As the shared disks are set up as .vmdk with virtually shared bus I am not able to do so (of course).

As far as I understand, I need create a physically shared bus, map LUNs, configure them as raw devices, to copy/move the contents of the .vmdk files to the raw devices.

So far so good, here comes the question: is there any tool, which would allow me to copy the \_contents_ of the vmdk files to the raw devices?

Otherwise, I would probably have to copy all those contents with the guest OS being online.
