Looking for Setup/installation instructions for VMWare HA with two identical Dell servers - no SAN

I have ESX 3 and want to install a second, idential server to implement vmware ha. Can anyone guide me on what software licenses i'll need, and how to install?

HA requires shared storage.

Guide to HA:

Regarding licensing: If you only need HA and not VMotion and DRS, then you need a ESX Standard edition license. See link below page 4.

an MD1000 array comes to mind.......Shared storage is a must.
