License question

My VC agent for ESX server license has been expired, and I have 2 VM's running. I am wondering how long my VM's will continue to run? i think it is 14 days? right... what will happen after 14 days? will those VMs be orphaned?

that part of the license allows you to manage ESX Hosts within vCenter. How can just that part expire? What type of licensing do you have? Typically if an ESX Host loses it's license source after 14 days, you won't be able to power cycle the VM's, but they will continue to run.

If your license is expired the VMs will continue to run, as Troy indicated, until you have to power cycle them
