Is it safe to remove old vmware-xxx.log files from my datastore?

One of my VM's have about 1000 old vmware-xxxx.log files in it's folder. It's all from the same date a few months ago. Is it safe to just delete those files?

Hello and welcome to the forums.

As long as you don't need any data in them, then yes they can be deleted safely. You could always save them off somewhere else first, if you are worried about needing them later.

You might want to check out kb 8182749 for a few ways to keep those log files under control.

Good Luck!
