Open the VMware Virtual Infrastructure Client

Click on the host

Click on the Summary tab

Right click on the datastore and click "rename"

Now you might also want to rescan the HBA of the other hosts that have the same datastore presented. (Configuration -> storage adapters -> rescan the hba)
