Which hardware platform are you using?

If you're running HP hardware you can use HP Rapid Deployment Pack:

It is basically the Altiris Deployment Server with some excellent scripts out of the box to build from bare metal. It works very well and I've used it to build many different types of hardware. Once you've configured your build script you can drag and drop the task onto multiple servers and go get coffee.

If not HP then Altiris Deployment Server can still be used and there are many whitepapers and documents for other server hardware, let me know which and I can supply some links.
