GSX guest to ESX (V->V)

Can I import a GSX 3.2.0 guest into a 3.0.2 ESX host ?

Or just use Converter ?

You would have to use converter -

Just flat out V to V or treat the GSX guestlike it is a physical box and P to V (hot or cold) ?

personally I would treat it like a physical box and do it hot particularly if it is a windows vm -

I also always treat it as if it's a physical machine and do it hot, don't forget to stop application services that might update data during the transfer...
