Error during VM deployment from template

Guys

I'm experiencing an error with one of my golden masters (Windows 2003 sp2 x64 EE).

ESX 3.0.2 build 63195 and VC 2.0.2 Build 75762.

When simply right-clicking the VM template and selecting deploy VM from this template & going through the wizard, it throws up an "Error Unable to access file /virtual_machine.vmdk

Funnily enough, the x32 bit version of the other template works perfectly fine!

Customisation Wizard is also being used in VC with configs for both x64 and x32 versions being used.

Any ideas?

(Ps - deploying from this x64 template has worked in the past....)

Cheers

R.

Check if template is still consistent.

Converted template to VM.

Powered it on.

Seeing error message.

"The CPU of the host is incompatiable with the CPU feature requirements of the virtual machine;problem detected at CPUID level 0x800000001 register 'edx'.

However, we are running other x64 bit VM's (from the same template!) on this ESX Host (where the template resides), and they are working perfectly fine!

Any ideas?
