"Opject reference not set an instance of an opject"
i had this error when i click on New Virtual Machine.

Do you use VI Client on Vista?
no
actually its been resolved by rebooting the host twice
and now i have another error messege when i try to migrate from host to another:
Machine has 2 virtual CPUs, but the host software only supports 1
