ESX 3.x Partition suggestions

Here is what I am using and I am looking for suggestions how to do it better and is the two I am using as primary correct? I seem to recall there was 3 or 4 that VMWare recommended as primary.

Please let me know how I can do it better

part /boot --fstype ext3 --size 100 --ondisk %hddevice% --asprimary

part swap --size 1600 --ondisk %hddevice%

part /var --fstype ext3 --size 4096 --ondisk %hddevice%

part /tmp --fstype ext3 --size 2048 --ondisk %hddevice%

part None --fstype vmkcore --size 100 --ondisk %hddevice%

part / --fstype ext3 --size 4096 --grow --ondisk %hddevice% --asprimary

I create 2 mirrors - One mirror contains /boot, /, swap etc

The other mirror contains var/logs (5GB) , /tmp (20GB) and also vmkcore on (100mb), remaining space for vmfs ds for iso's or whatever.

We build our servers with 2 73GB drives mirrored locally, and the above information is what we use as our partitions. This is probably way too much space, but I have it so why not use it. The swap partition is set to 1600 because we immediately set our service console to use 800MB memory. It seems to help communication to VirtualCenter.
