ESX 3.0.2 virtual servers have no "Edit Settings" or "Reset" Commands under the Command Section

I upgraded seven hosts from 2.5.4 to 3.0.2. One server (DL 585) no longer displays all of the menu's. The 'right click' shows many of the menu commnads 'greyed' out and it doesn't matter whether the guests are powered on or off. Idea's?
