we have a esx 3.0.1 working fine for the last 1 year without any problems. now we are in the process of upgrading the hardware for our esx servers. only difference is the cpu speed difference.
we just replaced one of the server with new hardware. Old CPU is Hp BL 460 x5140 and the new one we added in the server is HPE5345. we enabled the hyperthreading in this server. the next day all the 3 servers are gone down with pink error message.. any reason for this???
old 2 servers are running with the onld cpu 5140 and one server is running with e5345..
any reason for the crash in 3 servers at the same time ????
