We just recovered a VI3 server from a RAID failure and luckily after resoring RAID configuration the server booted right back into Vmware.
Only problem is, the VMFS partition seems to be blank without any datastore and therefore no Vms. When I try to refresh the datastores, it logs an even that reads "Configuration file for cannot be found" . Does anyone know what configuration file this is trying to find?
Is there anyway to recover the configuration or is the data gone?
