Is there anyway I can obtain an evaluation of DRS?

DRS is included in the normal ESX / VI eval.

We are running ESX VI3 Standard, but DRS is showing as not licensed?

DRS is part of the enterprise licenses (and eval).

If you are running ESX 3.5 one option would be to remove the current licenses and switch back to eval mode.

Also make sure you have VC and a shared storage!

Thanks for your help. As mentioned we are running Standard so that's where we are probably going wrong.

Don't suppose you have an eval license to hand?

An eval mode is included with ESX 3.5.

Simply install it and don't install any licenses -> 60 day evaluation of all the features.
