In the Virtual Infrastructure Client, click on the server in the list at the left then click on the tab labeled "Configuration" from there you will get a list datastores. Doubleclick the your local datastore and another dialogue box will open. From ther, hover your mouse over some of the toolbar icons till you find the one that says "Uplod files from...", then browse for your iso file.

Basically you need to get the ISO onto a datastore that the VM can access. Then just map a virtual CD drive from the VM to that ISO file. Set it to connected at power on. . I usually just use ftp or scp from the command line to upload to the data stores since that is what you had to do on VM 2.x, but apparently there is a gui method as described above.

Use WinSCP or scp to upload your ISO (you have to enable root access in SSH).

Or use the client mode in VIC during installation (in this case you simple attach your local ISO file).
