Configuring hardware iscsi initiator (QLA4052c) from CLI

Hello,

I know how to configure from command line the VMware iSCSI iniator, using esxcfg-* command for defining portgroup, vswif, vmknic and iSCSI target. But how to configure an hardware initiator from command line ? How to define his IP configuration (I know how to do that from HBA bios or VI Client) ? How to define an iSCSI target ?

You can try the Qlogic's iscsicli utility for Linux. It worked to me on some 3.0.x versions for ESX. I'm not sure if this is the supported way of iSCSI HBA setup in ESX however.
