Can I relocate VM to another datastore w/out powering it off?

When I upgraded, I vmotioned VM's off my 2.5.4 host to my 3.0.2 host, and at the same time I was given the option to relocate the disk files to a VMFS3 datastore. I'm in a situation now where I need to move some VM's around within 3.0.2 - but since I'm not upgrading I am not given the option to move the files to another datastore. Is there a way to do this when you're not upgrading? This would come in very handy.

Dmotion that you used to migrate the VM from 2.5 to 3.0 is only supported in that situation. A coming release of ESX is supposed to support data store migration between ESX 3.0 hosts while the VM continues to run, but for now you have to shut it down and do a cold migration.
