My VCB Server has hung for some reason and I am unable to login from the console or via RDP. This has happened in the past and I have forcibly shut the server down by holding down the power button. The problem is this time there is an image mounted. Can I safely shut the server down with an image mounted or should I attempt to remove the snapshot using the VI Client?
