As to install ESX 3 in the DL360G1

Personal, me precise of help to install ESX 3 in a Server DL360G1.

ESX 3 doesn't recognize the disk controladora.

Observation: I already know that the DL360G1 are not part of HCL.

ESX knows only a limited number of hardware. The disk controller of the DL360G1 is not a part of that known list. So you won't be able to install ESX3 on the DL360G1. In contrast the DL360G2 also isn't on the HCL for ESX3 but on the HCL for ESX2. The DL360G2 is recognised by ESX3.
