Added new License file, all hosts now show "disconnected"

Hello all,

Yesterday I downloaded my new license file from VMWare, walked through the proper installartion of that. Now, VI shows all 12 of my hosts as "disconnected." All hosts are running ESX 3.0.2. VI is 2.0. License window shows 10 of 24 remaining.

Any ideas?

Check your license file you will find the the PROD_VC section is missing,

Thanks for the reply. turns out, the first call I made to VMWare, they instructed me to download the new license file. When I called back, I was told I downloaded the wrong one. The tech combined my licenses for me and emailed it to me. Installed that one and I'm back in the game.
