Add extent - no device showing

VMWare ESX Server, 3.5.0, 110268, FibreCat SX, did esxcfg-rescan vmhba2 and a reboot

After extending the LUN successfuly for 4 times we cannot add the extent anymore.

The SCSI Target is showing a higher capacity than the storage device and it is not possible to see or add the additional space.

ll -h /vmfs/devices/disks:

vmhba2:1:0:0 -> vml.0200000000600c0ff000d511d75030bd4702000000466962726543

vmhba2:1:0:1 -> vml.0200000000600c0ff000d511d75030bd4702000000466962726543:1

esxcfg-mpath -l:

Disk vmhba2:1:0 /dev/sda (944148MB) has 1 paths and policy of Fixed

FC 12:0.0 10000000c972d51d<->207000c0ffd512e2 vmhba2:1:0 On active preferred

Any help or advice is appreciated.

Thanks

Peter

You cannot create another extent on the same LUN, because all 4 primary partition slots have been allocated.
