I would like to access vmware customer connect with my email (a.aljamel@it.misuratau.edu.ly), but couldn't. the system keeps displayinh a message of that my email is "deactivated" as shown in the image attached with this message.
I tried using the offered link, but no reaponse.
I need to schedule my exam by using that email as soon as possible.
help please or at least forwrd me to the right palce to help me.

Curently, I have a Case 23924538807: Deactivated Email [ ref:_00D409hQR._500Hr1XHMRY:ref ].
After long time waiting, two days ago, I recieved a CC email that my case was forwarded to licensing_entitlement_support@vmware.com by Ramakrishna Devisetti, from Business application support team (rdevisetti@vmware.com).
I am still waiting.

I have same problem where my account is deactivated and I sent per instructions email to VMware and I received first time response and after that they are ignoring me, no response at all. I am very disappointed at this point:(((

Hi all,
For me, I sent a couple of emails to both email addresses below and no response for the last 1 month and more :((
I kindly reminded them to provide an update, but it seems like the person/group that receiving the email is purposely ignoring my request. This behavior does not reflect well on vendors such as VMware, it sounds very unprofessional.
While I have been a loyal user of VMware in every organization I have worked for, I will try to move away from it.
