I already read blueprint and do a mock

I think that somebody was also working in a blueprint with study notes, but actually I cannot remember who.

Stand up a lab and go through each feature of View a couple of times.   I really feel hands on experience is the key to all of the VMware exams and the View one is no different.   it's ok to read everything and know the stuff but also know how to do it in from the Administrative portal.

I have vcp4, same with it i need request permission to take vca4-dt ?

i´ve checked in pearsonvue web site, and i found follow information:

"Select the exam below that you would like to reschedule a test, cancel a test, or sign into your account:

• Exams with open registration
  • VMware Certified Professional
  • VMware Certified Associate - Desktop
• Exams requiring authorization
  • VMware Certified Advanced Professional - Datacenter Administration
  • VMware Certified Advanced Professional - Datacenter Design
  • VMware Certified Professional - Desktop

If they have any resume that we use to study to vca4-dt and could send to me will helpful !! :smileygrin:

VCA-DT it's open (because there is no requiments for it), but is no more needed for VCP-DT.

For VCP4-DT I think that you still need to fill the authorization form (to specify your VCP ID).

i need study maximum and limitations of 4.5 or 4.6 ?

The VCP4-DT is 4.6 based... remember (this mean for example the Security Server with PCoIP).

So study the 4.6 maximums.

Hi MauroBonder,

If you haven't taken the exam still, it's actually a mixture of View 4.5 &  4.6. Compare documents of both 4.5 & 4.6 when preparing for the exam. You should have min 6+ months hands on experience in View environment touching all the areas' of the GUI in addition to the theoretical preparation. This is how I prepared for mine.
