Welcome to the Communities..
Now the the certiifcation model with Vmware is completey different where you can attain certification on Cloud, Datacenter or in End Use Computing.
I would suggest to start with VMware Certified Professional 5 – Datacenter Virtualization (VCP5-DV as this is requirement if you wish even to focus on EUC or in Cloud
Check the below for differern certification avilable

As per my understanding about VM Ware Certifications, you need to complete VCP510 (VCP-DV) first, that contains basics of V Sphere. VCP510 is the base and mandatory certification to do any other VM Ware certification further.

Hello and welcome to the communities.
I too would suggest the VCP-DV cert.
Good Luck!
Another "vote" for VCP5-DV from me...
Hello,
Thank you for your suggestions. I want know What is the exam cost for VCP-DV and type of exam?
Regards,
http://www.vmware.com/go/vcp will answer a lot of questions that you may have.
You'll need to take a vSphere 5 training course, and pass the VCP510 exam.
Cost guide (list prices, US$):
vSphere: Install Configure Manage training - $3500
VCP510 exam - $225
Note that you cannot gain the certification unless you meet the training requirement.
Hello,
Thank you for your help.
I want to know what is difference between vSpher and vCenter?
After complete the VCP certification what will my role in company.
A typical vSphere deployment is made up of a number of different software elements - so vSphere could be desrcibed as a package or suite - the key elements are:
ESXi - the hypervisor software that you run on physical servers to host virtual machines
vCenter Server - management software for deployments of multiple ESXi hosts
vCenter Server makes it possible for you to utilise a large number of vSphere licensed features - vMotion, Storage vMotion, HA, DRS, Storage DRS, and many more.
I would suggest looking here to get started: http://www.vmware.com/products/datacenter-virtualization/vsphere/overview.html
I would also advise downloading an evaluation version of the vSphere components and learning the basics of how to deploy them. After that, look to get trained and work towards the VCP5-DV certification.
Holding the certification won't necessarily get you a new role with your current or a new employer - you need to gain as much experience as possible and look at roles that include at least an element of vSphere.
You need to attend authorized training course before taking up the exam.
I would suggest to get some knowlege before attending the training. there are some free videos avilable which can watch and get an idea of the product and technology
Videos – VMware vSphere
vSphere 5.1 – How to Videos
Suggest to download the evluation of the product and build a lab and work on it checlk Building the Ultimate vSphere Lab to build a lab based on workstation
