Which VCAP? VCAP-DCA is for administrators, VCAP-DCD is for designers/architects.

If it's VCAP-DCA, I would highly recommend Ed Grigson's study notes: http://www.vexperienced.co.uk - but, no amount of study notes, guides, or documentation is sufficient to get you through the VCAP-DCA as it is a live lab exam so you must practice, practice, practice.
